Practitioners > ROSE K School
This course highlights the importance of cone morphology in managing irregular corneas.
By accurately interpreting tangential and elevation topography maps, clinicians learn to differentiate cone types, predict lens behavior and centration, and select the optimal ROSE K design in keratoconus.
Based on real clinical cases and evidence-based principles, it offers a clear, reproducible approach that reduces chair time, limits trial-and-error, and improves predictability in daily practice.
Move beyond “how to fit” and start thinking like an expert.
This course focuses on how clinicians decide, helping you choose the right ROSE K design with confidence and consistency.
📌 What you can expect:
✅ Differentiate oval cones versus nipple cones with confidence
✅ Apply the clinical rule: Oval cone → ROSE K2 | Nipple cone → ROSE K NC
✅ Use tangential and elevation maps to guide design selection
✅ Assess centration and fluorescein patterns to validate the fit
✅ Optimize performance using asymmetric options in ROSE K2 and NC
All courses are available with simultaneous translation in your preferred language!
